Permissions That Carry Over
iVerse works with the permission sets already enforced in IFS Cloud. It does not create a side door to your data: if a user cannot see a record in the ERP, they cannot see it through iVerse either.

A complete, traceable record of user requests, agent actions, approvals and execution outcomes supports governance, review and accountability. Enterprise data is processed without being retained beyond the required interaction lifecycle, reducing unnecessary exposure of sensitive information.
